Initially on a 6-month fixed term basis, I am recruiting for a care and support (registered) manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a cluster of extra care services across the Nottingham area.

To be considered for the exceptional managerial role, you must be able to demonstrate proven experience in a registered manager role for adult care services and be competent with service improvement and delivery.

You must also have a formal care management qualification. Access to your own vehicle and the ability to commute between services is essential, as is the flexibility to cover on call requirements.

The care and support manager role is extremely varied, with no two days being the same. Across your services, you will be responsible for:
" Service improvement
" Change management
" Staff recruitment and training
" Care and support planning
" Implementation of policies and procedures
" Referrals and assessments
" Developing and maintaining relationships with external agencies, resident's families, and staff members
