Registered Care Home Manager

Job Description

On behalf of a recognised provider of residential and extra care support for older adults, I am recruiting a skilled and experienced registered manager to take on the running of a dementia friendly care setting in Nottingham.

You will work closely with an established regional manager and your care team, to ensure the excellent day to day running of a purpose built residential setting, that has it`s own specialist dementia wing.

Your role as registered manager will require you to not only deliver person centred care and support for the people who reside here, but to nurture and lead your team to drive forward CQC ratings.

You will be a strong, hands-on manager and will lead by example in all areas of quality and compliance, finance, referral and staff management.

This is the ideal opportunity for an established registered manager who is looking for their next challenge and to put a stamp on a warm and homely service.

To be considered for this exciting managerial opportunity, you must:

* Hold a relevant care management qualification

* Be able to demonstrate excellent CQC knowledge and experience, as well as a recent, good CQC report

* Have proven experience managing an elderly care residential setting

* Be able to demonstrate service improvement and turnaround success within a CQC registered elderly care setting
