I am looking to recruit a registered care manager to join a medium sized, privately owned residential care home in the Solihull area.

Overseeing all operational duties including staff management, quality and compliance, marketing the service to ensure full occupancy and liaising professionally with all external agencies, you will have a "can-do" attitude and be focused on delivering high quality care and support in line with both company and CQC procedures.

You will be able to demonstrate success in marketing the home effectively, filling vacant beds and ensuring your residential service becomes the local service of choice for older adults.


You will ideally hold the Level 5 in health and social care and have previously held registration with CQC. In addition, you will possess up to date, relevant mandatory training and have flexibility to work the "on-call" rota. Applications from applicants with a full UK driving licence and access to their own are preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary and bonus scheme based on achievable targets in line with set CQC and occupancy requirements.
