I am looking for a motivated and professional registered manager to oversee the operational day to day management of a residential care setting for adults with sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities.
You will become part of a highly recognised and well-respected charity who are committed to the delivery of high quality care and support that promotes inclusion, choice and independence.
Working within a Malvern based residential service, you will effectively manage a team to deliver person centred care and support that meets CQC company and requirements.
You will be responsible for person centred care planning, rota and staff management, as well as budget management.
You will be required to register with CQC and build effective relationships with external agencies.
This is the perfect opportunity for a compassionate, supportive and committed individual who can demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience within a supervisory role for adults with learning disabilities and/or sensory impairments.
You will hold or be working towards the QCF 5 in leadership and management and have previously held responsibility in a deputy or managerial capacity within a CQC registered service.
BSL Level one or equivalent is required to be successfully considered for this managerial role.
