Job Description

I have an exciting Registered Care manager opportunity available with a, well respected independent home care provider. Your new service specialises in supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs across the Middlewich, Winsford, Northwich and Frodsham regions.

You will become a respected and pivotal part of an independent organisation who have over ten years of person-centred care and support behind them.

You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including a care coordinator, seniors and care and support staff to deliver bespoke, person centred care packages within the community.

I am looking for a candidate who would relish the opportunity to take on an already respected service, work closely with commissioners and drive both business development. You will continue to drive good quality care and support, and be forward thinking to implement new strategies around growth and development.

As the registered care manager, you will lead by example and be involved in both office management and hands on care and support. You will be a strong team leader and oversee the delivery of a quality service.

You will be responsible for managing care packages within supported living developments for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex care needs. These are predominantly via supported tenancies.

As with all management roles, you will be required to share the "on call" rota.

To be considered for this exciting registered care manager role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background within a managerial capacity within a similar setting.

You will be driven, professional and motivated and be able to manage your own time successfully within a fast-paced setting. You will inspire and drive your team to deliver the highest level of care possible.

The level 5 in health and social care, or equivalent is essential to be considered for this role, as is a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Knowledge and understanding of People Planner and CM200, plus a high level of computer literacy will benefit this job role.

This exciting opportunity is offering a highly competitive salary of £30000 per annum dependent on experience. In addition, you will can top up your annual salary through an achievable commission structure.
