Job Description

A wonderful opportunity has become available for a skilled, professional and motivated registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a medium sized, GOOD rated care home for adults with autism and complex care needs.

You will join a leading, recognised charitable provider and become a key member of their management team.

Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with an established and knowledgeable team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the residential service, ensuring all quality and compliance requirements are met and the people who reside here receive the highest quality of care and support.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing a residential care home with service for people with autism and complex needs. It is essential that you hold a relevant care management qualification.

You will have strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and empower staff teams to deliver excellent support and work towards achieving agreed goals and outcomes. You will be someone who is experienced in managing a service in relation to CQC quality standards, budget control, personalisation, reviewing and implementing processes, referrals and liaising with local authorities.

In return for your extensive skills, knowledge and experience, you will be rewarded with a generous salary up to £35000 per annum, generous annual leave allowance and other appealing benefits.
