On behalf of an established domiciliary care provider who is committed to making a difference to the lives of the people they support, I am looking for their next inspirational registered manager to lead their team.
Managing a busy office, you will oversee care and support for older adults across Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. You will oversee operational management of the office, ensure quality and compliance and manage staff recruitment and training.
Business growth and development within both the local authority and private sectors, client liaison and shared "on-call" responsibilities (one week in six) will also be part of your managerial responsibilities.
I am seeking a professional, motivated and enthusiastic manager who is committed to supporting and managing their staff team and who can demonstrate proven skills and experience managing a busy domiciliary care office.
You will hold a relevant care management qualification, have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and have excellent CQC knowledge and experience.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary up to £32000 per annum dependent on your management experience, paid mileage, a generous annual leave allowance as well as access to on going training.
