I am working with a leading, recognised home care provider to recruit for a skilled, competent and highly professional registered care manager to oversee the day to day running of their busy, Birmingham based branch.
Employed on a full time basis, you will be responsible for domiciliary care services and overseeing all aspects of the operational day to day running of the office.
You will manage a multi-disciplinary staff team and be responsible for the continued growth and development of this, already busy, home care office.
I am seeking applications from forward thinking, care focused and commercially minded managers who are driven to deliver high quality care and support whilst maintaining full compliance and developing business.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be able to demonstrating proven knowledge, understanding and experience within the home care sector and have secured experience within a deputy or management capacity. A formal care management qualification such as the QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent is essential, but applications from candidates who has significant experience, the QCF 3 in health and social care and are willing to work towards the level 5 in leadership and management will also be considered.
Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as well as flexibility to share the "on call" rota.
