Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced care manager to join a highly respected and reputable provider of care and support for adults with enduring mental health needs.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a high quality, person centred service that promotes independence and positive health and well-being for the people they support.

Employed on full time basis, you will be responsible for staff management, health and safety and implementing both company and CQC standards.

You will be responsible for driving forward excellent CQC standards and managing complex issues effectively.

The is the perfect opportunity for a skilled and competent manager who is already registered with CQC or a manager who meets all the requirements to do so. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of supporting vulnerable adults, ideally with a mental health diagnosis and hold a relevant care management qualification (QCF 5 in leadership and management, RMA or equivalent)

Flexibility to share the on call rota is also essential.

In return for your extensive management knowledge and skills, you will receive a generous salary up to £28000 per annum, continued training and development and a generous annual leave allowance.
