BS Social Care is recruiting for a Registered Care Manager within the Swaffham area of Norfolk to run their satellite office and build the business in and around the region. This is a full time and permanent role working Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm and will be offering £28,000 - £30,000 alongside the perk of working for a charity and not a profitable business, fuel card, full and consistent training, 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, annual pay review and so much more.

About the employer; this employer is a charity organisation supporting Carers who are supporting their loved ones who are people with any condition at all ages from children to older adults. This organisation looks after both the service user and their family and friends.

About the job; this role entails maintaining business, growth and development. It is about ensuring that every single customer is well cared for with the help of Customer Facing Officers, that every single member of staff is empowered with the help of a Staff Team Manager and that the business is growing and developing at a healthy and safe speed. This location is one of two head offices.

About the ideal candidate; you will have held or currently hold a CQC registration, you will hold or be working towards a management qualification relating to care and you will have current and up to date experience of management within the care sector. You will live near or within the area mentioned and you will be a driver due to the nature of the role.

You will be loyal, strong and determined, you will be the best role model and you will have a business mind alongside a caring and kind personality allowing you to take up every business opportunity but to also be able to hold a fantastic relationship with everyone needed.

In return, we will offer you a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 alongside a permanent and full time contract with working hours of Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm, benefits, career progression and so much more.
