Registered Children's Complex Care Branch Manager

Job Description

On behalf of a fantastic provider of supported living and domiciliary care and support, I am seeking an inspirational registered manager to oversee the operational day to day running of a good rated, person centred service in Nottingham.

This service specialises in the delivery of complex and clinical packages, in the community for children and young people.

You will be based within an established office and be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the service.

The team consists of fully trained and qualified, nursing and clinical staff, as well as support workers and carers. You will not be required to deliver clinical care, instead, you will be responsible for:

* Care and support planning
* Commissioning packages
* Staff recruitment, retention, and training
* Budget management
* Safeguarding
* Report writing
* Quality and compliance management
* Business growth and development
* Shared on call

I am seeking applications from established domiciliary care managers who have excellent CQC knowledge and can demonstrate outstanding service and strategic management capabilities. A proven background in complex care for children and young people would be highly beneficial.

You will also have:
* A formal care management qualification - level 5 in health and social care is essential.
* Flexibility to share the on call rota
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
