BS Social Care are looking for an experienced manager for a Children`s Residential Home in the Wirral area which cares for 3-4 children who are aged between 7-17.

This company is committed to providing a safe and nourishing environment for children to grow and develop in. Children in their services can suffer from emotional and behavioural difficulties so we are looking for people with substantial experience working with these types of children.

To be a success in this role you will be a confident, outgoing individual with proven management experience in a similar setting. A NVQ Level 5 in Management and the ability to display knowledge of current legislation and procedures in this sector will be essential. This client is always looking to developing their staff through on-going training and learning. You will be provided with the support and resources required to manage your home and progress in your career goals.

In this role you will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses by gaining an Outstanding rating from Oftsted for your home and there are also other opportunities to earn bonus!

The hours for this role will be 9:00-17:30 Monday - Friday on average and hours per week will be 40. The rate of pay will range from £28000-£39000/year depending on experience.
