****CHILDREN`S HOME MANAGER****
£37000 + ON target EARNINGS IN LINE WITH MEETING KPI`s

BS Social Care are working alongside an independent North East children`s home provider who are looking for a registered manager for their home in county Durham.
The home provides care to children in local authority care from a trauma Background and some children with additional and complex needs, it is set up to look after three children but is looking to expand. With this in mind, you will be expected to come in and be a driving force in the expansion alongside the area manager.
You will have a level 5 qualification in a relevant field and also at least two years` experience in managing in a children`s home. You will also have to evidence that you have had a recent `Good` or `Outstanding` recent rating from Ofsted for a home that you have ran.
You will be able to evidence your vision as to how you have helped services grow or recover in the past with a view to creating a vision as to how to help this service, and the organisation as a whole, grow and becoming a stronger name in the area. You will be provided with strong support and leadership and have access to the best training which will not only help the service but help your personal development.
With on target earnings, you can add another 10% to your salary and there is also an annual salary review.
