£50,250 - £56,250 neg. plus benefits/incentive package

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic organisation who are always keen to develop, committed to being a leading provider of therapeutic children & young people's residential care.
We are looking for a Registered Manager for this organisations service based in Rossendale, Lancashire. Its a great location, managing a large staffing team of 20, and a great service offering experienced and dedicated care to children & young people living within the service
Whilst this is a Residential Manager's role you will work in partnership with clinical & education specialists, sharing your knowledge and experience - always having a common goal, to ensure the best possible, person centred care is provided to each child/young person.
Essentials
- You must hold Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
- You will need extensive and proven experience of working within residential care, as a Manager or deputy manager, leading shifts and managing a rota/team.
- Strong commercial acumen is also required along with your experience in statutory compliance
