An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a recognisied provider of person centred care and support for children and adults within the Midlands and surrounding areas.

As Registered Manager, you will be based in a beautifully refurbished specialist residential service for children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges.

Your new service will be based in Coventry and has excellent access to road networks and local amenities.

You will be employed on a full time basis and be required to register with OFSTED as the manager.

You will have the opportunity to put your stamp on this service, managing the day to day running, ensuring quality and compliance and overseeing the referrals and placements of the young people who reside here.

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled manager who want to play a key role in the running of this beautiful service or a highly competent deputy manager who is seeking their first registered manager post.

You must be an experienced and competent people manager who can work well on their own initiative, have good budgetary management and business management skills and you must hold the QCF level 5 Leadership and Management and NVQ 4 in Care or equivalent (Social work qualifications or nursing qualifications would also be accepted) and have competent IT skills and access to your own transport.

In return for your extensive knowledge, skills and experience, you will receive a generous salary up to £40137 and annual leave allowance. Continued training and development, plus genuine career progression opportunities will form part of the managerial package.
