Job Description

** Registered Domiciliary Care Manager **
** Stevenage, Hertfordshire **
** Permanent and full time **
** Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week) **
** £32,600 including a car allowance and management bonus and other benefits **
** Working within a homecare setting covering the whole of Hertfordshire caring for adults with Learning Disability and Mental Health **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager within the Stevenage area of Hertfordshire working a full time and permanent contract of Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm with flexibility for spot checks and meeting families/professionals. The main part of Herfordshires service users fall under the Stevenage and Luton parts but also cover Hemel Hempstead and St Albans.

About the employer; this employer is a large employer working closely with people with all needs. They have been successfully established for approx 27 years.

About the job; this role is to fully support your service users and your staff which include Support Workers and Managers. You will hold the registration within the service and will report to the Operations Manager.

About the ideal candidate; for this role, we will need you to have had experience as a Registered Manager, unfortunately we cannot take Deputy Managers looking for a step up. You will have good experience of overseeing multiple sites and gaining new tenders by attending business and local forums, be able to liaise with the local authorities confidentially and hold a Level 5 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Manager (however, we will consider people with a minimum of a Level 3 in the above who will be willing to work towards the Level 5 that is needed. Being a driver is essential for the nature of this role.

Salary and benefits; for this full time and permanent role working Monday - Friday, we will provide a salary of £32,600 alongside a car allowance and management bonus and more which will be discussed in interview.
