Registered Domiciliary Manager

We are working with a client based on the outskirts of Hointon who provide home care in the area.
They are currently recruiting for a manager to oversee the service that currently delivers 800/900 hours of quality care per week to individuals in their own home, between the ages of 18-65. This role is Monday - Friday with on call duties on a rota basis on the weekend.
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring adherence to all CQC fundamental standards.
Overseeing the running of the service from end to end.
Budget management and overseeing the finances.
Creating the rota, and ensuring all absences are covered.
Quality assurance management.
Overseeing the training and development of staff and the on-boarding and recruitment of new staff.
Experience and Skills required for the role:
Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Full UK driving license
Previous management experience within a similar role
Experience of budgeting and overseeing finances
