Registered Estate Manager required for an independent living estate in Wimbledon on a full-time basis working 38.75 hours per week.

The role will intel Leading, motivating and developing the Care and Support Team and Duty Management team.
Making sure you deliver the best, most consistent care at all times
Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to deliver operational
Be an ambassador for the company by introducing and encouraging the uptake of the additional services the company offers to the homeowners.
Co-ordinate and facilitate activities in our communal lounges to our homeowners to improve social and physical opportunities.
Travelling to other developments to learn and share best practice
The Ideal candidate should have the passion for working with the elderly, you should also have a NVQ Level 4 or 5 or equivalent Management Award in care - Essential
Experience at Home Manager level or Manager of an Assisted Living Development for the Elderly
