Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for a service based in Blackley. The service is a 14 bedded home that supports adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

They have a number of specialists services that are dedicated to supporting adults with ABI so you will be joining a company which has a lot of knowledge and understanding in this area. They know that everyone has their very own needs and no injuries are the same. Their focus is on the strengths, interests and dreams of the people they support!

As part of this job you will be leading a team of support workers and deputy manager to help them continue their fantastic support! You be working in a person-centred way to ensure everyone's needs are meet. You will be focused on the outcome of the support you give and you will always give the people you support a choice.

You will have ideally worked as a Registered Manager in the past or have experience working as a deputy manager and perhaps you have stepped up to cover. You will need to have completed your QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care. It is also really important that you have a good understanding and awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice.

You will be working full time (37.5 hours a week) and the annual salary is £32,000 - £35,000 per annum PLUS bonus.
