Registered Manager to manage a home that supports older people with dementia. Strong occupancy and compliance. The manager will have a good lead by example approach and one that can nurture and motivate the solid staff team.

RMA, previously registered with CQC and lives locally to Dartford. experience with Dementia and managing and motivating a staff team.
