Job Description

Exciting development opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee and manage two Response services for Young People on short term placements.

We are currently recruiting for a developing or experienced Registered Manager to oversee 2 Response homes for Young People on short term placements, within the Cumbria area.

You will be working for an organisation that provides care, outdoor activities and therapy services to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives resulting in emotional behavioural difficulties and requiring a high level of intervention.

As the Registered Manager you will be overseeing two response homes for Young People, ensuring they receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will effectively manage rotas and supervisions for your staff, manage budgets and finances and liaise with social workers, families and external support services and lead and inspire your team.

The successful candidate will preferably hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, relevant Children and Young People residential management experience and outdoor activity experience would be desirable.

This is a full time position with a salary of up to £42,360 in addition to excellent benefits and development within the company.
