Job Description

I am looking for registered managers to join an established children`s residential service specialising in the delivery of high quality care for Children and young people with emotional and behavioural disorders.

I have opportunities available in Telford, Stoke-On-Trent and Rugeley. You will join a well respected, growing childcare provider who is committed to and skilled in the delivery of both care and education to adolescents with a range of emotional and social needs.

You will become a key part of a professional, focused care provider who is committed to making a difference to the lives of the young people in their care. You will work closely with an established team of support staff to deliver care and support in line with both company and OFSTED guidelines.

As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the home including the staff team, the welfare of the young people, the house finances and other resources. You will deliver and maintain good practices of care as required by the company and OFSTED.

I am looking for a registered manager who has a real passion to make a difference to the lives of the young people in their care. You will be dynamic, motivated and professional even within the most challenging of situations. As registered manager you will lead by example and be available to work flexible hours in order to meet the ever-changing needs of the service.

To apply for this vacancy, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background as a registered manager within children`s residential care settings. You will hold a suitable care management qualification (NVQ 4/RMA or QCF level 5 in leadership and management for care services or be working towards this) and have OFSTED knowledge and experience. Based on the requirement of the service, you will need to have flexibility to work the on-call rota.

If successful, you will be rewarded with a generous annual salary up to £34000 per annum, dependent on experience. A generous annual leave allowance, continued training and development and genuine career progression opportunities will all form part of this exciting package.
