Are you a skilled and experienced registered manager with a proven background managing care settings for elderly adults?

I am working with a person-centred provider in Coventry who is seeking their next registered manager. The service is a 20 bed elderly adult residential site that prides themselves on an excellent CQC reputation and person centred care.

Your role will be varied and will include all elements of running a flagship service, as well as registration with CQC and maintaining a warm, homely and safe setting.
You will lead and supervise a skilled staff team, ensure the service is fully compliant with CQC and maintain excellent records, and care and support plans.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

* Demonstrate proven management experience either in a registered management role, service manager role and or deputy management role.

* Hold a relevant care management qualification or working towards

* Embrace challenges and always put the needs of the people in your care first
