Job Description

I have an EXCEPTIONAL opportunity available for a registered home manager with a nationally recognised learning disabilities charity.

Based within the beautiful Warwickshire town of Leamington Spa, you will mange two services for adults with learning disabilities. Both services are within close proximity of each other.

Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with an established staff team, including team leaders and a full capacity of support staff.

You will lead your team effectively to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people who reside here, whilst driving an environment that offers continued training and development.

You will focus on the delivery of a high quality service that is compliant with CQC and supports the promotion of choice and independence.

Finance management and liaising with external stakeholders is an essential part of the registered manager role.

This is the perfect opportunity for an established care manager who is seeking the opportunity to oversee more than one service and work for a national provider.


You will demonstrate a proven background in management of learning disabilities services, hold a relevant care management qualification and flexibility to share the on call rota.
