Job Description

**Registered Home Manager**
** £36,500 - per annum depending on experience **
** 37.5 hours per week **
**Leicester **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to support up to 13 people who have Autism and Mental health needs This is one of many homes they have, which provides a caring, comfortable and supporting environment for these individuals. This client is helping to improve their independence within a supported environment and changing their world for the better. We work with people to achieve their goals through supporting them to access training, volunteering and employment opportunities. Individuals are supported to engage in their local community and to learn and practice new skills in a supported environment, our staff are our heroes and they need a leader!


This is a permanent and full-time role working. We are looking for strong candidates with sound CQC knowledge and experience.

We are looking for a Registered Home Manger who:
" Experienced as a Registered Home Manager within a residential setting
" Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
" Broad experience of supporting adults with needs across the Autism Spectrum
" Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
" Experience of managing people, service and quality within Autism and Mental Health needs
" Demonstrates positive values
" Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards
" Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
" Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
What the client has to offer:
" Salary - £36,500 per annum depending on experience plus bonus scheme
