I am seeking a super hero registered manager who can oversee the day to day running of a stunning, purpose built residential service for older adults and adults with dementia in the Staffordshire region.
You will become a recognised, well respected and key member of this highly respected, not-for-profit care provider and be at the forefront of service delivery and high quality care for the people who reside in your already GOOD rated service.
Employed on a full time basis, you will ensure your home is safe, homely and welcoming for the people who reside here and visitors to the service.
You will inspire your staff team daily to go the extra mile for the people you support and always lead by example.
Safeguarding, budget management, liaising with a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring your home is fully compliant will also form part of your management role.
This is the perfect opportunity for an already established registered manager from the elderly, residential field who is seeking to move into a larger service or to work for a bigger organisation.
You will hold a relevant care management qualification, demonstrate extensive CQC knowledge and experience and have recently been awarded good or outstanding on your most recent CQC report.
In return, you will receive a salary circa £45000 dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, on going PPD, entry into a generous pension scheme and other exciting benefits.
