I am seeking a SUPERB registered locality manager to oversee multiple services across the Sandwell borough.
You will join a forward thinking provider of residential and supported living care for adults with learning disabilities and associated behaviours which may prove challenging.
Employed on full time basis, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a handful of established residential and supported living settings. You will inspire and lead your staff team to maintain and environment which is safe, homely and compliant with both CQC and company regulations.
Care and support planning, management of referrals, liaising with external agencies and ensuring that everyone you support receives person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence are key elements of your management role.
This exciting registered locality management role would be suited to a skilled registered manager from the learning disabilities sector who wants to join a provider who is committed to growth and development and promoting talent from within.
A formal care management qualification, excellent knowledge and experience within the learning disabilities sector at management level and a full UK driving licence are all essential to be considered for this position.
