Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 + Bonuses

Our Client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their expanding company. Due to the creation of a new service we are looking for a QCF 5 Children and Young People Registered Manager to run an existing service.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient implementation and management of a 3 - 4 bed children`s home in Cardiff, operating an agreed annual budget. You will have full responsibility for the day to day running and operation of the service, supported by a team of staff to ensure the children`s welfare, safety and needs are at the centre of all care.
