An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, person centred manager to join a highly reputable provider within their small and homely residential service on the outskirts of Birmingham.

You will join a recognised provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and lead an accomplished team to deliver high quality care that is recognised as outstanding with CQC.

I am seeking established deputies or registered managers who are experienced within the learning disabilities field. Autism, dual diagnosis, forensic background, challenging behaviours and complex needs will be your area of expertise.

You will hold the level 5 in health and social care or equivalent, have extensive CQC knowledge and experience and have flexibility to share the on call rota. You will be committed to going the extra mile for the people you support and be an inspiring manager to your staff team.
