BS Social Care presents an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead a fantastic home for Children and Young People within Preston.

In this role you will be working for an established residential children`s provider who provide the highest quality support for children

As Registered Manager your responsibilities will include managing the general day to day running`s of the single occupancy home. This includes duties such as ensuring the service user receives high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will effectively manage rotas and supervisions for a staff team, manage budgets and finances and liaise with social workers, families and external support services.

If you are a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills then this could be the role for you. You must also have an excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports. You may be required to stay longer than contracted to help with the smooth running of the home so flexibility is a must.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Having previous experience as a Manager within a Children and Young People`s Residential service is preferable, but the organisation is open to candidates who have significant experience within a senior role and are wanting career progression.

The position offered is full time Monday to Friday with a salary starting at £35,000 with bonus opportunities for hitting targets.
