Day to day duties;
-Leading a passionate and driven team
-Recruitment
-Monthly Training
-Care Plans
-Quality auditing
-New business development

Candidate Requirements;
-QCF Level 5 (Or, studying towards one)
-Registered Manager experience within care, any setting will be considered
-Driver

Salary; £28,000-£35,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
