Role: Registered Manager
Hours of work: Full Time
Location: Devon, Taunton
Salary details: £40,000 - £45,000

I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a person-centred organisation who support for children and young people in residential care. You'll be managing a service with 1 young person living there, you'll be working along side an experienced Deputy Manager and team that is truly outcomes focused, as such they will not move a 2nd YP in until everyone is settled.

• You'll be passionate, caring, inspirational leader that the staff team want to follow.
• You'll be able to develop all aspects of the home, guaranteeing that young people are safeguarded and looked after in accordance with good parenting measures.
• Your responsibility is to operate within the guidelines set out by the company to ensure the smooth day-today running of the home.
• You'll be accountable for the management of the home as the Registered Manager as defined in the Children`s Homes Regulations and the Ofsted.

What we require from you:

• NVQ/level 5 in Leadership and Management is preferred, or a willingness to work towards this.
• UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in a residential care service.
