On behalf of a fantastic provider of supported living and domiciliary care and support, I am seeking a registered manager to oversee the day to day running of their Leeds based service.
This service specialises in the delivery of complex and clinical packages, in the community for children and young people.
You will be based within an established office and be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the service.
The team consists of nursing and clinical staff, as well as support workers and carers. You will not be required to deliver clinical care, instead, you will be responsible for:
* Care and support planning
* Commissioning packages
* Staff recruitment, retention and training
* Budget management
* Report writing
As registered manager, you will be required to share the on call rota, but this will be in an advisory capacity.
I am seeking applications from established domiciliary care managers who have excellent CQC knowledge and can demonstrate outstanding service and strategic management capabilities.
You will also have:
* A formal care management qualification
* Flexibility to share the on call rota
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
