Job Description

On behalf of a nationally recognised provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and associated needs, I am recruiting a registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a GOOD rated, medium sized residential setting for adults with learning disabilities and associated needs in the Birmingham/Sandwell region.

You will join this organisation on a full time basis and hold registration with CQC.

You will work closely with an established team to deliver person-centred care and support, effectively manage all elements of quality and compliance and mentor and guide your staff team to be the best they possibly can.

Budget management, recruitment and training, attending meetings and events and liaising with external agencies are all essential part of this management role.

I am seeking applications from dynamic, motivated and competent applicants who can demonstrate a proven background in the care field and have specific supervisory experience within residential settings for adults with learning disabilities and/or a mental health diagnosis.

A formal care management qualification and flexibility that meet the needs of the service are essential to be considered for the registered manager role.
