Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join the team in Southport, to manage the support and delivery of a residential home for young people with learning disabilities.

As the Registered Manager you will motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example. Acting as a role model and leader in the full delivery of active support, you will empower the people you support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations. You will be registered with Ofsted, preparing and completing inspections, you will be responsible for staff appraisals, rotas, support plans, managing budgets, and monthly reports.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential for applicants to hold a full valid driving licence, hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, previous experience managing a residential home and a wealth of understanding around Ofsted.

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm with the understanding that you must be flexible to meet the needs of the service at any time. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a salary of £31,200 in addition to professional support and ongoing development and also access to a work mobile and laptop.
