An exceptional registered manager opportunity has become available with an established, privately owned domiciliary care provider.
They already have established branches within the Birmingham and Dudley regions, and as registered manager, you will split your time equally across both branches and work closely with the already established teams in each branch.
You will be required to register with CQC and play a key role in the daily management of two growing branches.
At present, you will be overseeing just over 1000 care hours per week, but this is increasingly rapidly following the conversion of new contracts.
Your duties will be varied and will include:
* Quality and compliance
* Service improvement (if required)
* Staff management, supervisions and recruitment
* Report writing and record keeping
* Handling queries and complaints
* Managing safeguardings
* Conducting reviews and assessments
You will also be required to share the on call rota, and very occasionally, may be called upon to deliver care.
I am seeking an experienced and pro-active registered manager, who can hit the ground running and can really make a difference from the outset.
Excellent communication skills, as well as a passion for quality care and excellent sector knowledge are all essential to be considered for this role,
