I am working with a leading Staffordshire based care provider to recruit for a skilled, experienced and committed registered manager to oversee the day to day running of one of their small, homely and settled services.

This service really does have that homely and welcoming feeling about it. The people who live here are settled, happy and healthy and have great routines.

As the registered manager for this setting, you will continue to promote choice and independence, wit the support of your established staff team.

You will oversee quality and compliance, recruitment and retention of staff, care and support planning and maintaining excellent relationships with external agencies and families.

Applications are welcome from candidates who are already skilled managers within a similar setting and who hold a relevant care management qualification.

You will be experienced within the learning disabilities field and although not essential, some knowledge and understanding of dementia would be beneficial to this role.

a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
