We are currently working with a very successful Children`s home based in Exeter, Devon.

You will have experience at management level and will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the management and leadership of teams working with children and young people with Learning Difficulties. You will have previous demonstrable evidence of achieving good outcomes with Ofsted, and understand the challenges of maintaining high ratings from inspections.

They are looking for a unique person who has the passion, drive and skills to lead and manage our home.
You will either be qualified at level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or working towards this and be committed to further learning and development.

Your ability to communicate effectively in a multi professional environment is essential alongside the ability to inspire as a leader. You will have the opportunity to shape the service strategically and to play a role as part of the overall management team in developing practice.
