We are working with a fantastic client who is looking for a full time Registered Manager to assist with the running of a care home based in Bristol.
You would promote a caring environment for all service users through high standards of professional practice which are conductive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and their spiritual needs. You will ensure that each service user receives care appropriate to their individual need.
You will have experience of working in a similar setting and environment, helping to run a team and be responsible for the monitoring and control of day-to-day expenditure.
You will manage recruitment, appointment and deployment of care, catering and domestic staff and assist the registered owner to ensure that there is good communication with and between staff and to arrange staff meetings.
You will ensure that legislation and regulations concerning environmental health, infection control, building control, planning and health and safety are complied with, and to advise the Person-in-Control accordingly where action is required.
Ideally, you would hold a Level 5 in management and leadership, however this is not essential.
