An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven, motivated and hands-on registered manager to join an independent, well respected provider of residential care for adults with autism, learning disabilities and associated complex needs and behaviour.
You will oversee the day to day running of a small, yet homely residential setting and manage a large, yet established team. You will join this organisation at a very exciting time as they are going through a period of continued growth and progression.
You will be responsible for all elements of your service, including person-centred care and support, positive behaviour support implementation, overseeing finances and ensuring your service is fully compliant.
As the manager, you will be required to register with CQC and will inspire and mentor your team to deliver the highest quality of care possible.

Experience of managing service for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours (2:1 or 3:1 support) and a formal care qualification are essential requirements to be considered for this exciting vacancy.
