An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registred Manager in residential childrens home to head up a brand new site and manage 7+ staff. You will be joining the company at a very exciting time of growth and expansion and be able to help set up a new home for vulnerable children in a highly acclaimed care company.

As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring the Children receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You have solid experience and will be able to manage the day to day running of the home, as well as be fully briefed on relevant legislation and regulations. You will ideally have a level 5 in leadership and management in residenrial childcare or have a similar qualification.
You will manage budget, rotas and supervisions for your team, implement training and development of the team, providing informal practical and emotional support to colleagues experiencing difficulties in addition to developing and maintaining key relationships with children, staff and professionals.

You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have a excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports.

You must hold a full UK Driving license with access to your own car.

This is a full-time position is a 9-5 Monday - Friday position. In return for your hard work you will receive a salary of £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. You will have a benefits system in place and need to be on call for emergencies.
