On behalf of an award winning not for profit provider, I am seeking a skilled, passionate and driven registered manager to oversee the smooth, day to day running of one of their residential services in Staffordshire.
You will become the registered manager for a good rated residential setting that provides person centred care and support for adults with a mental health and/or learning disability diagnosis.
You will be responsible for every element of the service, including recruitment and training, quality and compliance and person centred care planing and support.
Other areas of responsibility, will include, quality and compliance, finance management and shared on call.
Applicants must demonstrate a passion for person centred care and positive behaviour support, as well as proven managerial experience and excellent CQC knowledge and experience.
The level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent, and proven staff management experience is essential to be considered for this role.
