We are supporting a client in the Bristol area to recruit a Registered Manager for their supported living service.
They provide care for 5 adults with learning disabilities and complex care as well as some outreach support.
They are looking for someone with leadership skills and experience supporting people with complex needs. Competency with Microsoft software such as excel will be required as auditing and carrying out reports will be required.
You will be required to carry out supervision tasks with the support team, creating rota's and oversee the budgeting of the home.
You will be working alongside a very experienced health care professional to work with you whilst you are starting in this role.
We are ideally looking for someone who holds a Level 5 qualification, however, possessing a level 3 whilst working towards a level 5 would also be considered.
