Registered Manager
Exeter
£40,000 - £45,000

We are working in partnership with a client in the Exeter area to recruit a Registered Manager. They provide residential care to 28 elderly residents, including those with dementia and physical disabilities with their own en-suite rooms.

We are looking for someone who has outstanding managerial skills and has a wealth of knowledge in the sector. Someone who is capable of leading and motivating 20 staff members to deliver the highest level of care possible. They will be responsible for running the home and managing all aspects, such as creating rota's, staff training and staff supervision.

This is a full time position working 40 hours a week in a modern service, and the working hours are flexible to accommodate.

What we are looking for

• Managerial experience (Deputy Manager's would also be considered)
• Holds a Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience within a similar setting
