Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

 

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of support to people with learning disabilities, in the role of dual-site registered manager.

You will lead a team of staff delivering care and support to adults with learning disabilities and a range of needs across 2 residential homes in Southampton. You will coach, support and mentor the staff team to ensure that a safe, welcoming and homely atmosphere is provided and the services are compliant.

You will ideally be an experienced Registered Manager with a background in learning disabilities. It would also be helpful if you have a Level 5 Care Management qualification.
