Exciting new opportunity for a Registered Manager? Is this the new challenge you have been looking for?

Working for an Innovative Christian charity who provide specialist housing, programme and support services within the community, a new permanent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Manager for one of their care home.

The role as a Registered Manager will be to provide strong leadership, daily management of an established care home. The home is for 15 residents who may have a forensic background, learning disabilities and mental health issues. Adults 18+.

Your ability to lead from the front will be key. Day to day duties will include provding support and management to the staff team, liaising with colleagues, building stakeholder relationships, maintaining the CQC standards and following policy and procedures whilst helping the business grow and develop. This care home has excellent standards and requires a manager who is able to continue maintaining these standards, whilst having the vision to develop further.

You will be a practising christian with a passionate, committed and flexible approach to you work. Your ability to make a difference and work to high standards, offering the appropriate support and guidance to the residents and also staffing will be key.

You will hold the Diploma in Level 5 Leadership & Management, have a good understanding of working with people with learning disability, autism and those with offending and forensic backgrounds. This care home has 15 residents with plans to develop a move-on accommodation later in the year.
