Fantastic development opportunity to manage a home for adults with learning disabilities!

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager, Care Manager or Registered Manager for a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a lovely home for adults with learning disabilities, in the Truro area.
You will inspire and motivate the staff team to deliver an exceptional service, providing a safe and homely environment that supports and nurtures people to develop and live life to the full!

You will be an experienced social care practitioner, with a background in residential services, including experience of working at Deputy Manager level or above. You will have some experience of working with learning disabilities. You will also hold a Level 5 Care Management qualification. You will be passionate about supporting people with needs, and will be prepared to work to a shift rota which will include alternate weekends.

You will work with a very supportive senior management team, who will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the role.
