On behalf of an award winning not for profit provider, I am seeking a skilled, passionate and driven registered manager to oversee the smooth, day to day running of one of their well respected and Good rated care at home service in STAFFORDSHIRE.

Your new role will require you to oversee their care at home services across the Staffordshire region, including Leek, Stafford, Cannock and Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
You will be responsible for every element of the service, including recruitment and training, quality and compliance and person centred care planing and support.
Other areas of responsibility, will include, quality and compliance, finance management and shared on call.
Applicants must demonstrate a passion for person centred care and positive behaviour support, as well as proven managerial experience and excellent CQC knowledge and experience secured within a domiciliary or extra care capacity.
The level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent, and proven staff management experience is essential to be considered for this role.
