Registered Manager

Up to £40,000

We are working with a wonderful client who are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager.

They are a busy home care provider based just outside of Cwmbran. They are a large branch running approximately 700 hours a week.

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, however there may be a need to work outside of these hours when required. There are on call duties, which take place approximately once a month.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to continue to grow the amount of support that is being provided and increase recruitment whilst building those relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a home care environment, either as a manager or a supervisor.

• They will hold a Level 5 in Management (or equivalent).
• Experience within a management role.
• Experience with auditing and ability to competently write reports.
