An exciting registered manager opportunity has become available with a leading provider of supported living and residential care on the Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire borders.
Employed an a full time basis, with the requirement to register with CQC and share the on call, you will manage a medium sized residential setting for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours.
You will work closely with your team to deliver high quality care and support and maintain a homely and safe environment.
Other areas of responsibility will include:
* Staff recruitment, training and supervisions
* Rota management
* Care and support planning
* Finance and budgeting
* Attending external training and management meetings
* Shared on call
* Business growth and development
To be considered for this exciting role, you will hold a relevant care management qualification (or be working towards this), demonstrate several years working in the care field at management level, hold a good CQC rating and be able to demonstrate service improvement and be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
In return, you will receive a competitive annual salary circa £32000, generous annual leave allowance, pension, paid mileage and access to continued training.
